To win over your heart, we're offering a generous 30-day return window for all Beast Putty purchases made on our official site, under these conditions:

Returns must be in their original, unused state (bear attack damages? We'll talk).
The warranty starts from the purchase date.
Returns must be initiated via our official site.
Items labeled "FINAL SALE" aren't eligible for returns.
Sorry, but we can't accept returns on international orders, including Canadian ones. Those sales are final.

Beast Putty provides hassle-free returns and exchanges thanks to our 100% money back guarantee. Please email customercare@beastputty.com for more information on processing your return/exchange. Please note you will be required to cover return shipping costs.

Shipping

Beast Putty's year-round shipping schedule is Monday – Friday from 8 am – 4 pm Central, excluding select US national holidays. All orders (including expedited shipments) are packed and shipped within 24-48 business hours from when the order was placed on www.beastputty.com.

Once items are shipped, customers will receive an email with tracking information from Beast Putty. The carrier may have an additional 24-48 hours of processing time to update shipping transit details.

Important Disclosures

Beast Putty cannot be held responsible for late or lost deliveries. All deliveries are made using third-party vendors (USPS and UPS), and these vendors should be contacted in the case of a late or lost package or for shipping transit details.

No delivery dates are guaranteed unless otherwise noted. Dates are for an estimated delivery. The actual delivery date may vary depending on origin, destination, acceptance date and time, and other conditions, including customs delays. Some restrictions apply.

Domestic Shipping

Beast Putty offers shipping to most US locations and expedited shipping for an additional charge. We ship all orders within the contiguous US via USPS or UPS. US customers will receive tracking information once their package has shipped.

Orders shipped to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and PO boxes cannot be expedited and will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

US orders over $35 are eligible for free standard shipping.

Expedited Shipping

Beast Putty offers expedited shipping via UPS. You can choose UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air for an additional charge.

While we strive to provide the fastest shipping method, all shipping times ultimately depend on UPS.

International Shipping

Beast Putty's ships worldwide! We offer international shipping to every country allowed by US law.

Shipping fees vary by location and weight, and you must begin the checkout process before the final cost can be calculated. Enter your shipping information on the checkout page, and your shipping charge will be presented to you BEFORE you enter any payment information.

If Beast Putty hasn't shipped to your country before, you'll receive an email with the shipping charge before you are charged. Expedited International Shipping (typically 2-3 day shipping, barring any customs delays) is available by request.

International customers are responsible for paying taxes, fees, duties, or VAT charges by their local courier at delivery time.
